Second Idea

As most 20-30 year olds seem be put of by the direct word of opera, I thought I should attempt that capturing the attention of the viewer before the know that opera is involved.  For this the main feature of the design had to be something form the opera with it initially not being clear what it is form. For this I experimented round using a quote for an opera, I chose to start with Carmen. The quote chose is ‘The bird you thought you had caught beat its wings and flew away… Love stays away you wait and wait when you least expected there it is!’. To me this quote is intriguing and unclear to what it is form. I first started playing around with and short and quick animation and from that created a few posters to accompany it.

The animation shows the quote moving along as it is read out, it is not until the quote ends is it made know that it is from an opera and part of the royal opera. Over all I like this idea but it did need a more thought out design.
