Happiness

What makes me happy? When thinking about what makes me happy it was hard trying to come up with something which wants the obvious such as food as I don't often think about what makes me happy. Once I thought about what makes me happy many different things came to mind and they were able the be separated in to big and small groups.

The small things. The small thing are the small enjoyments out of life, it's the little thing that put a little smile on your face and improve your day in the highest way. Some of the some enjoyments in life for me include: fresh bedding, freshly washed clothes, the sound of the dryer, new shoes, new clothes, bird song on a summer's day, sunny morning, the couch of dried leaves in a sunny autumn day, being the first on a busy train, movie days, pyjama days, sunny days walk, listening to your favourite song, my Dad's homemade Yorkshire puddings, coming home after a long day out, naturally waking up, long showers and finding a pair of working earphones you forgot you had.

The Big things that make me happy are: achieve a long term goal, buying that expensive item I saved up for, going away of a holiday, getting my way, proving someone wrong when they think they are right, Christmas.

There are some which don't really fit into those boxes. Spending time with family and friends and creating memories. To me this is a small and large element of happiness, as it not only is something I do regally, if not all the time every day, it is something I often take for granted, I should cherish them time I have with them and continue to make memorise.

Making memories is a theme and idea i would like to take further as the a so many different types of memories.
