Perte Nolbert took what tends to be the
human struggle to understand. This is our tendency to see our emotions
reflected in everyday surroundings, distort reality on social media and never
the things that actually happened. He then too this and did the happiest thing
he could do with it.
He
took a bunch of travel photographs and altered the to create what he sees as a
perfect reality. This for him included lots of block bright colours precisely
placed in an everyday landscape.
I love the the
idea behind this as well as the finished pieces of work the work
is photoshopped in such a way that reds, pinks, blues, greens, purple
all fit into that landscape as if they actually belong there.
This concept but it also ties in to happiness and our use of social media themes I am exploring.
