Cinema 4D- continued

In this workshop I continued to develop my character modeling in cinema 4D.
In the previous lesson I created a the lower body, this time I focused on developing second half of the character.
I first started to drag out the the upper half of the body, when dragging out and changing the shape it is important that you do not cross over the point as this can create difficulty. Once I had finished with the upper body I moved on to creating the arm, again I did this by dragging out a panel where the arm should be in relation to the body. Once the arm is in place I move on to creating a hand and changing the angle in which it lay so that it became recognisable and a hand.

When that area of the body was complete I moved on to creating the neck and head. For the neck I had to ensure that the all the point at the top were close together to ensure that I could make a thin tube. Then for the head using the same method as be for pressing cmd and dragging it to extrude the polygon. Once the head had been completed I went back along the model and moving some point so that the model fitted the image guides and that it looked how I wanted it to.

I like this way of modeling although I did struggle at not crossing over points, over all I am pleased with my outcome.
