DADA

Dadaism is a art movement during Europe avantgarde state in the late 20th century. It first began Zurich, Switzerland, it then shortly spread around Europe focusing in on Berlin. Although a year before in 1915 saw the height of new yorks dadaism. 

The roots of Dada lay in pre-war avant-garde. Cubism and the development of collage, combined with Wassily Kandinsky’s theoretical writings and abstraction, detached the movement from the constraints of reality and convention.
